Each item is carefully 3D printed, quality-checked, and packed with care before it leaves our studio.
🌍 Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within South Africa.
For special delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order.
📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within [insert number] business days unless otherwise stated.
As many of our items are printed to order, please allow time for production before shipping. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — but we will always keep you informed.
🚚 Shipping Options
We ship using PUDO by The Courier Guy, and you may choose between:
📍 Locker-to-Locker (PUDO Locker Collection)
🚪 Door-to-Door Delivery
Please ensure your contact details and address are correct at checkout, as these are used for courier communication and delivery.
📍 PUDO Locker-to-Locker
A convenient and affordable option.
How it works:
- You select your preferred PUDO locker at checkout
- Once shipped, you will receive a notification via SMS/email
- A PIN code will be sent to you
- You collect your parcel directly from the locker
⏳ Collection Window
Lockers typically allow 36–48 hours for collection (may vary by location).
If the parcel is not collected within the allowed time:
- It may be returned to us
- Re-shipping fees may apply
- We kindly ask customers to collect their parcels as soon as they receive their PIN.
🚪 PUDO Door-to-Door Delivery
If you select door-to-door delivery:
- Your parcel will be delivered to the physical address provided at checkout
- You will receive tracking details once shipped
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel
Please ensure:
- The address is complete and accurate
- A daytime contact number is provided
- Someone is available during business hours
- If delivery fails due to incorrect details or no one being available, additional delivery fees may apply.
📍 Courier Responsibility
Once your parcel has been collected and scanned by PUDO / The Courier Guy, it becomes the responsibility of the courier company.
While we package all items securely, we are not liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by the courier
- Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information
- Parcels marked as delivered by the courier
- Locker access issues
If you experience an issue, we are happy to assist you in contacting the courier — however, the final resolution lies with the courier service.
📦 Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery or collection:
- Take clear photos immediately
- Keep the packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos
We will assist in lodging a claim with the courier where applicable.
🏡 Local Pickup
We also offer local pickup from Avondale, Cape Town.
If local pickup is selected:
- You will receive an email once your order is ready
- Collection details and time slots will be provided
- Orders must be collected within [insert timeframe] unless otherwise arranged
