At The Baileys Studio, every toy is thoughtfully 3D printed, carefully inspected, and tested before it leaves our studio. We truly want your little ones to love their new treasures.
Because our products are specially made and designed for gentle, supervised play, we ask that you please read the information below before purchasing.
💛 Please Choose Carefully
We are unfortunately unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Accidental damage after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
As a small business, each item is printed with care and cannot be resold once it has left our studio.
We include detailed product descriptions, age recommendations, and care instructions on our website to help you make the best choice for your family.
🧡 About Breakages
Like most toys, our 3D printed items are sturdy for normal play — but they are not indestructible.
They may crack or break if:
- Dropped from heights
- Thrown
- Stepped on
- Exposed to excessive force or heat
We also include care cards in your parcel to help extend the life of your purchase.
For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to accidental drops or misuse — just as most toy brands do not replace items broken during play.
🌿 If Something Isn’t Right
If your order arrives:
Incorrect, or
With a genuine manufacturing fault
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Kindly include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos
- A brief explanation of the issue
If there is a confirmed defect, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act.
⚖️ Your Rights
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa). You are entitled to goods that are of good quality and free from manufacturing defects.
However, this does not apply to damage caused by accidental drops, rough handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
