📦 How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 1 business days but as many of our items are 3D printed to order, please allow 5 days time for production before shipping.

We ship via PUDO (The Courier Guy) and offer:

⏳ How long do I have to collect my PUDO locker parcel?

PUDO lockers usually allow 36–48 hours for collection.

If not collected within the allowed time, the parcel may be returned to us and re-shipping fees may apply.

🏡 Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer local pickup from Avondale, Cape Town.

You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

📍 Who is responsible once my order ships?

Once your parcel has been handed over to PUDO and scanned into their system, it becomes the responsibility of the courier company.

We are happy to assist with queries, but delivery timelines and issues are handled by the courier.

Because our products are 3D printed and made with care in small batches, we unfortunately do not accept returns for:

💔 What if my toy breaks?

Our toys are sturdy for normal, gentle play — but they are not indestructible and may break if dropped from heights or handled roughly.

We cannot replace items damaged through accidental drops or misuse.
